Learna AI Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

I cancelled my Learna AI language service on December 24, but despite this, a new charge was taken from my account. On December 27, Learna charged me 34.49 even though I had already cancelled the service. I have tried to reach Learna via Instagram, but they never respond to my messages, and I have not received any support or explanation about this unauthorized payment. I request a full refund of the 34.49 that was taken after my cancellation, a written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled, and assurance that no further charges will be made to my account.

I am writing to report unauthorized and ongoing charges from Ai Learna to my Canadian Mastercard, despite my previous attempt to complain about this issue. On January 11th and January 17th, my card was charged 34.49 CAD on each of these dates. I did not approve these continued withdrawals and I have not received any proper receipt or confirmation email from Ai Learna. I have tried to reach Ai Learna but I have no contact email or receipt information, so I have been unable to get any response or explanation about these charges. The fact that the payments continue even after I tried to complain is unacceptable. I request a full refund of all amounts that have been taken from my credit card and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or automatic payment that may be linked to my card. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why these charges were made and confirmation that no further payments will be taken.

My problem is not resolved at all. They still took another $34.49 from my credit card.
