I Could Not Cancel Learna Subscription and Was Billed $28
I downloaded the Learna app on my Android phone and used it for just one day to try it out. While testing the app, I noticed that many of the translations were incorrect and inaccurate, so I was not satisfied and wanted to cancel the subscription. However, I was unable to successfully complete the cancellation process.
Even though I did not give any approval and was not aware that the subscription was continuing, I later discovered that on March 1, 2026, a charge of $28 was made to my credit card for a two-week membership. Since this payment was made without my knowledge or consent, I consider this a clear case of unauthorized billing and have been negatively affected by it.
I request that my paid membership in the Learna app be completely canceled and that the $28 charged to my card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
