I Demand Refund for Unauthorized Learna AI Weekly Subscription

I started a free trial on the Learna AI platform in December. However, the system shows as if I initiated another trial at the beginning of January, and today a charge of $10 was made from my card as a weekly subscription fee without my knowledge or consent.
I do not accept this charge, as it was made without any clear notification, approval screen, or explicit warning. When I contacted Learna AI customer support regarding this issue, my request was rejected with a response stating that “refunds are not possible,” even though I never gave clear consent for this transaction.
Since there was no transparent information provided about the end of the free trial or the transition to a paid subscription, I request that the $10 charged without my permission be refunded to my card and that the related weekly subscription on my account be immediately canceled.
