Cancel My Learna Subscription And Refund My Money

I am writing regarding unauthorized weekly charges made by Learna to my card and to request a full refund and cancellation of my subscription. Without my clear consent, Learna has been taking weekly payments from my account, with the charges starting on March 16 and continuing until today. The current amount I am requesting to be refunded is 17.49 USD. I did not knowingly agree to a recurring subscription and was not properly informed that I would be billed weekly. I only noticed the problem when I saw the charge on my account today. I have not yet been able to resolve this directly with customer service, which is why I am submitting this complaint now. I request that Learna immediately cancels any active subscription linked to my account and stops all future payments, and that the total amount of 17.49 USD taken without my consent is refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made.
