Learna AI Charged Me for a Full Year Instead of a 7-Day Free Trial
About 1–2 weeks ago, I started a subscription for an app called Learna AI through the App Store after seeing that it offered a 7-day free trial. However, immediately after approving the trial, my account was charged a one-time fee of $35 USD for a full one-year subscription, without any additional warning or clear disclosure. In the transaction details, this charge appears under order number MTVJ6WND1Y.
After this charge, I submitted a refund request through the App Store, but my request was rejected without any reasonable explanation. Even though I clearly stated that the charge was incorrect, that I did not intend to make such a purchase, and that it occurred without my consent, the issue was not resolved.
I request that the $35 USD charged under the name of a 7-day trial but collected as an annual subscription through the Learna AI app be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
