Learna AI Turned a 7-Day Free Trial Into a Paid Annual Subscription
About 1–2 weeks ago, I started a subscription for an app called Learna AI through the App Store after seeing that it offered a 7-day free trial. However, immediately after approving the trial, a one-time charge of $35 was taken from my account as a 1-year subscription fee, without any additional warning or clear disclosure.
In the transaction details, this charge appears under the order number MTVJ6WND1Y. After the charge was made, I submitted a refund request through the App Store, but my request was rejected without any reasonable explanation.
Even though I clearly stated that the charge was incorrect, that I did not intend to make such a purchase, and that it occurred without my proper consent, the issue was not resolved. I request that the $35 amount, which was charged as an annual subscription immediately after I approved what was presented as a 7-day trial for the Learna AI app, be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
