I Cannot Cancel Paddle Learna Subscription Charging My Card

Since December 8, 2025, I have noticed that $8 has been regularly charged from my bank account every 7 days with the description “epos Paddle.net* Learna 3828 0812 /.” These charges have been made through my Yapı Kredi debit card, and so far, the same transaction has occurred 20 times.
I understand that these charges are related to an app called Learna / Learna AI. However, there is no active subscription in my Google Play account, and I am unable to cancel any subscription through the app itself. While I vaguely remember starting something like a trial at the beginning, I do not recall giving any clear consent or receiving transparent information about an ongoing subscription.
Additionally, I cannot find any contact channel to reach the company or the app provider, which prevents me from canceling these charges on my own.
I request that this recurring subscription through Learna / Learna AI and Paddle.net be immediately canceled. I also demand that my Yapı Kredi debit card be blocked from any further charges from this provider or similar sources. I ask the relevant authorities to investigate my subscription status, complete the necessary cancellation process, and provide me with a written explanation.
