I Am Demanding a Refund After Being Misled by Learna's Free Trial

This week, I subscribed to the "Speak & Learn English: Learna" app because it was advertised with a one-week free trial. However, as soon as I started the subscription, the weekly fee of $16 was immediately charged to my account, and no free trial period was provided.

I do not accept being charged before the trial period expires for a subscription marketed as a free trial, and I find this practice misleading. Because I felt misled by the app and wanted to prevent further unauthorized charges, I was forced to delete my account entirely. Nevertheless, I believe this charge is completely unfair.

Therefore, I demand a full refund of the amount deducted from my account under this subscription, as well as the complete cancellation of my subscription to ensure no further charges are made.
