I Am Disputing Unauthorized Monthly Learna AI Mobile Carrier Charges

There is an app called Learna AI that I saw on Instagram, and even though I only signed up for a free trial, they billed my mobile phone invoice every single month. The app offers no way to cancel the subscription, and I was even forced to disconnect my entire mobile phone line as a result. They charged my bill for three months straight without me ever using the service even once.
