I Face Unauthorized Learna Subscription Charges on My Card

I recently discovered that my card has been charged regularly for the past 5–6 months for a Learna-related package, even though I have not used the application and was not aware of these charges. During this entire period, I did not actively use the app, nor do I recall giving any consent or request for a subscription.
I consider all of these recurring charges, made without my knowledge or approval, to be unauthorized. I request that Learna thoroughly review all payments made over the past months and issue a full refund for the total amount charged. Additionally, I demand that any subscription or related service registered under my name be immediately canceled.
I kindly ask for this matter to be urgently investigated and for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
