Learna Auto-Renewed a Subscription I Wasn’t Using
Last year, after being influenced by advertisements, I purchased a yearly subscription to the Learna app through the App Store. However, from the very first day I started using the app, it consistently translated my spoken sentences incorrectly. Because I couldn’t get accurate or usable results, I hardly used the app at all, which should be clearly verifiable by reviewing my usage records.
Despite finding the service problematic, as of January 2025, I chose to simply stop using it and did not want my subscription to renew under any circumstances. Nevertheless, without my knowledge or consent, my subscription was automatically renewed and $35 USD was charged to my credit card.
Even though I was dissatisfied with the service and had not actively used it for a long time, I am requesting a refund of the $35 USD charged due to this unauthorized automatic renewal. I also request that all automatic renewal and automatic payment authorizations linked to my Learna account be permanently disabled.
