I Was Charged After Learna Free Trial Without Clear Consent
I signed up for the Learna platform in January after being offered a “1-week free” trial. However, about 3 days after registering, I noticed that $22 was charged from my card. Then, on January 23 and January 30, two more charges of $22 were made. In total, I was charged $44 from my card.
At the time of signing up, no clear contract, terms of use, or pricing details were presented to me in a transparent way, and I was not aware that I had given any such approval. Despite being told it was “1 week free,” I do not accept these repeated charges being applied to my card.
In my Apple payment records, the transaction appears as “Apple combill cork irir.” I request that the two charges of $22 be refunded to my card as soon as possible. Additionally, I ask for a clear contact channel, such as a phone number, so I can communicate directly with the company.
