On October 8, 2025, I ordered the Lancôme Advent Calendar 2025 product from Lancôme Türkiye with the order number LNC1000604048. On October 10, 2025, due to a price change, I decided to cancel my purchase and contacted customer service. I was informed that the product had already been shipped, and I needed to accept the delivery, check whether the order details were included inside, and then return it to Yurtiçi Kargo. I followed these instructions and completed the return process.
On October 13, 2025, I received confirmation from both the shipping company and Lancôme customer service that the returned product had been received. Nevertheless, I contacted customer service several more times afterward. Each time, I was told that the product had arrived at the warehouse, but I needed to wait 1–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
On October 27, 2025, the 10th business day, I called again, only to be told that they still needed to verify whether the product was in the warehouse and that this process could not be completed that day. I was even told that the product might still be in transit, although I had already confirmed the delivery with the courier service.
I am requesting that my refund be issued immediately without any further delay.
