Although the product was shipped, it remained stuck in transit for an extended period, and no updates were provided during this time. After 15 days (January 6, 2025), Trendyol reviewed the issue, rearranged the order, and then canceled it. The original price of the product was ₺1420. This delay and lack of communication caused significant inconvenience. When I attempted to reorder, I discovered that my order had been canceled due to a New Year price increase, and the price of the same product had risen to ₺2200. I feel this situation is unfair, as the delay and cancellation were beyond my control. I request that my grievance be resolved.
