On October 16, 2025, I placed my first order directly through Lancôme’s official website (Order No: LNC1000606670), which was delivered to me by Yurtiçi Kargo. However, the shipping box arrived crushed, wrinkled, and partially open. When I checked inside, I saw that the products had simply been wrapped in paper and carelessly placed in the box. There was no branding or protective packaging whatsoever. Since I didn’t expect a package from your brand to be shipped in such a poor condition, I unfortunately did not take photos before opening it, which I now regret. The products themselves were complete, but the lack of care in packaging truly surprised me — and honestly, it was not what I expected from a brand like Lancôme.
I attempted to report this issue via the email address provided on your website, but my message failed to send. I will be attaching photos of the condition of the box as supporting evidence. I have never received such a poorly packed parcel from any other brand, and I personally found this unacceptable and disrespectful.
I expect an apology from Lancôme for this experience.
