I Face Yemeksepeti Market Not Returning My Payment After a Failed Delivery

On December 10, 2025, at around 10:00 p.m., we placed an order through Yemeksepeti Market Bornova for approximately $10. In the app, our order appeared as “on the way” and “out for delivery,” so we waited at home for a long time. However, hours passed and the order never arrived, nor were we given any update. Eventually, our order was cancelled.

Our order number is TK3V-S4GK, and we paid online with a bank card. Despite the cancellation, the payment has not been refunded to our account, and we continue to experience this issue. Because there is no customer service representative we can reach, we cannot track the process—we are unable to receive the products, and we also cannot get our money back.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, that the $10 payment for this order be immediately refunded to our card, and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent this kind of problem from happening again.
