I booked a flight through www.kiwi.com, and it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any flight booking platform. At first, everything seemed normal—they processed the payment and issued the ticket. But when I needed to cancel, that’s where things went downhill fast.
Kiwi.com charged me extra just to start the refund process, and then never refunded anything. They literally asked for money to even begin handling a refund request. That’s outrageous. And after I paid what they asked, they went completely silent—no refund, no updates, no support.
I've tried reaching out, but their customer service is non-existent. You can’t get a hold of anyone, and there’s no reliable way to resolve a dispute. Kiwi.com is a total scam in my experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I demand a full refund of the money they promised to return, and I urge Kiwi.com to stop misleading people with these fake refund policies. Travelers deserve better than this kind of treatment.
