The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Parking Service Charged Me More Than Expected

On February 9, I visited the hotel for an event. Because of the weather conditions, I handed my vehicle over to the hotel's valet service.

When I left the hotel, I paid the valet fee of $9 with my credit card. However, about a week later, while reviewing my toll and payment activity, I discovered that the same valet company had charged me an additional $14, claiming it was for toll-related fees.

Am I really expected to pay a total of $22 for parking my car for only six hours? I believe this additional charge is unreasonable and was not properly explained.

I request that this matter be investigated immediately, that I receive a detailed explanation for the extra charge, and that any incorrect or unauthorized amount be refunded without delay.
