I purchased a flight ticket for the December 21 d7605 Istanbul–Kuala Lumpur flight in August, paying $232 in a single credit card charge. Due to a change in my travel plans, I submitted a cancellation request through Kiwi.com on October 3, approximately 2.5 months in advance. I received an email confirming that my cancellation request was received and that the refund process had been initiated. However, even though the legally stated maximum 14-day period has passed, no refund has been issued, and I have not received any further information.
During this process, I contacted customer service twice, and each time I was told that they were waiting for a response from the airline and that the process was taking longer than expected. Because of this delay, I have been financially inconvenienced, and despite a long time passing since the ticket cancellation, no solution has been provided.
