Kiwi.com Refund Delay Complaint – 2-Month Promise Broken, No Payment Yet
I purchased a round-trip flight from Ankara to Belgrade with Air Serbia through Kiwi.com, scheduled for October 14–17, and paid ₺5,600 via credit card. On August 12, I was informed that my flight had been canceled, and Kiwi.com stated that the refund would be processed within two months.
However, despite several months passing and multiple attempts to contact customer service, I keep receiving the same response — that I must “wait two months.” That time frame has now long expired, and the refund still hasn’t been issued. In my most recent communications, they have even stopped providing any specific timeline for when the refund will be completed. I also have email correspondence documenting the refund process.
I request that Kiwi.com immediately process the refund of ₺5,600 to my credit card and resolve this issue without further delay, as this ongoing lack of transparency has caused significant inconvenience.
