Kiwi.com Customer Service Unreachable After Flight Ticket Not Issued
On September 19, 2025, I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com for a flight scheduled on September 22 at 00:20 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Mersin Çukurova Airport. My reservation number was 680829721. I paid a total of 2,712 TL using my credit card.
However, the ticketing process was not completed within 24 hours. Instead, I later received a message saying:
“Reservation 680829721: Unfortunately, we could not complete the booking of your trip.”
During this time, I tried multiple times to reach Kiwi.com customer service, but I could not get in touch with anyone. Because of this failure, I was forced to buy another ticket for the same flight — but by then, the price had increased by nearly 1,600 TL more than what I originally paid.
I am requesting a full refund of the 2,712 TL I paid, as well as compensation for the additional costs I had to cover due to Kiwi.com’s failure to issue my ticket.
I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
