I Canceled My Kiwi.com Flight Early But Got Only ₺89 Back from a ₺38,722 Ticket

I booked a flight from Istanbul to Denpasar (DPS), Indonesia, through Kiwi.com on May 28, 2025. The reservation number is 643369980, and the flight was scheduled for July 24, 2025. Just two days later, on May 30, I had to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite canceling the ticket nearly two and a half months in advance, I was refunded only ₺89 out of the ₺38,722.57 I originally paid.

I immediately reached out for clarification and asked for a re-evaluation, thinking this had to be a mistake. However, Kiwi.com reviewed my case and simply responded that the refund was correct—without giving any reasonable explanation. The lack of transparency is appalling, and the fact that the company has no local customer support in Turkey makes it even worse.

This level of refund is not just unfair, it's downright exploitative. I paid a huge amount and canceled very early—how does that justify refunding just a fraction of the cost? I feel taken advantage of and completely unsupported as a customer.

Kiwi.com, you must urgently re-review this case and refund a fair portion of the ticket cost. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will file a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.
