Why Is Kiwi.com Holding My Refund? Real Passenger Experience
On October 21, 2025, I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com for my flight from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport with Pegasus Airlines.
My reservation number is 690365951, and my carrier PNR code is 1DE838. I later canceled my flight, and Pegasus processed the refund to Kiwi. However, as of October 17, the total refund of $81 has still not been returned to my bank card.
When I contacted Kiwi, I only received a generic response saying that I would “be informed soon,” but no real progress or clear explanation has been provided. The delay and their lack of attention have caused me significant inconvenience.
I also want to warn anyone considering booking through Kiwi: think twice. They do not assist properly with refunds and constantly stall the process.
I demand that my refund of $81 be immediately credited back to my bank card.
