I booked a flight on Kiwi.com, but I haven't received a confirmation email. How can I confirm that my reservation is valid?

It's normal to not get a confirmation email right away after booking on Kiwi.com. There are a few things you can do to make sure your reservation is real:

• Check your spam folder first, as the confirmation email may have been filtered there. Before you assume anything about the status of your booking, make sure you check your spam folder.

• You can also use their website to log in to your Kiwi.com account. If you go to "My trips," you should see all of your reservations, including the most recent one you made. This gives you a direct way to make sure that your reservation is still valid.

• You might want to get the Kiwi.com app, which lets you see your schedule and e-ticket without waiting for an email confirmation. The app makes it easy to get to information about your booking.

• Talk to Kiwi.com's customer service for help if these steps don't fix the problem. They can give you a booking reference number and, if necessary, send you the confirmation email again. Talking to customer service will make sure you have all the information and paperwork you need for your reservation.

I need the PNR for my booking from Baku to Mumbai on 6th February for two passengers. It is not mentioned in the email, nor is it showing in my trips in the app.
