Nouvelair Booking Confirmation Email Not Received After Payment
I made a reservation with Nouvelair one hour ago for a flight from Nice to Monastir scheduled for 29 January at 19h50. Since this booking, I have not received any confirmation email, even though the payment went through and I have proof of payment and a reservation reference. I am worried because I need this confirmation for my trip, and I want to be sure that my reservation is correctly recorded in your system. I have not yet been able to contact your customer service, and I would like this situation to be resolved as quickly as possible. I kindly request that you send me the booking confirmation email for this flight without delay, and verify that my reservation is valid and properly registered.
