Kiwi.com Booking Not Received After Payment For the Flight

I booked a one-way flight from Koh Samui to Bangkok with Bangkok Airways for March 28th through Kiwi.com, without creating an account. I completed the payment with my Mastercard on November 29th, and a total of 467 CAD was charged, but I have not received any booking confirmation by email. Because I do not have a booking number or an account, I am unable to reach Kiwi.com customer service, as their system requires one of these to provide support. This leaves me without any proof of my reservation, even though the payment has been taken from my card. I request that Kiwi.com urgently locate my reservation based on my payment details and send the full booking confirmation, including my itinerary and ticket details, to my email address so that I can be certain my flight is properly booked.
