Kiwi.com Failed to Issue Flight Ticket Hours Before Departure

I booked a flight from Kochi to Delhi through Kiwi.com with booking number 736 974 139. The flight is scheduled for 09/02/2025 at 02:25 PM, and I paid a total of 21,955.36 INR for this reservation. However, even though only a few hours are left before my flight, I still have not received my ticket, and I am very worried about my travel tomorrow. I tried to contact Kiwi.com via email, but I did not receive any reply, and I could not find a proper customer support email address to get help. With my flight being tomorrow, I am extremely anxious because I do not know the status of my ticket, and I do not know what I am supposed to do at the last moment. I request urgent clarification on the status of my ticket and immediate issuance of my flight ticket, or, if the booking is not valid, a full refund of the amount I paid. I expect Kiwi.com to respond quickly so that I can travel as planned tomorrow and not be left stranded.
