Kiwi Flight Payment Taken But No Booking Confirmation or Ticket
I booked a flight from East Midlands to Krakow for 24 June through Kiwi today and paid approximately £80 for this reservation. However, I never received a booking confirmation email. When I logged into my Kiwi account to check the details, there was no booking visible at all. Because no booking appears in my account, I am also unable to access customer services or get any support through normal channels. At the moment I have paid for a flight but have no confirmation, no booking reference and no way to verify that my ticket actually exists. I request that Kiwi locate my payment and issue my flight ticket confirmation for the East Midlands–Krakow flight on 24 June as soon as possible, or otherwise clearly explain what has happened with this booking and payment.
