Fake Pnr Codes Generated By Kiwi.com

I booked a round-trip ticket through Kiwi.com under the name Chua Dif** for travel from Singapore to Bandung, with the outbound flight on 22 September 2026. The first segment of this trip is from Singapore to Jakarta with Batik Air, with a scheduled departure at 16:15, and I received an e-ticket from Kiwi.com stating flight ID 7150 for this segment. When I tried to verify my booking on the Batik Air website using the PNR code provided by Kiwi.com, the system repeatedly stated that the code does not exist or does not match any booking in their system. In addition, when I checked Batik Air’s own schedule, I could not find any flight operating at the time and with the details stated on the e-ticket. This situation makes me believe that the PNR code and flight details given to me are not valid. Due to this issue, I used the Kiwi app and submitted a refund request, as I do not have any hotline number or direct way to speak with Kiwi.com customer service. At the moment, I am not sure whether my refund will be processed, and I am left without a valid booking for my planned trip. I request that Kiwi.com urgently review this reservation under booking number 805927815, clarify why the PNR and flight details cannot be found in Batik Air’s system, and provide at least a refund for the affected flight if a valid replacement ticket cannot be issued.
