No Confirmation On Ryanair Booking Via Kiwi.com

I bought Ryanair flights through Kiwi.com on 19 February 2026, without creating an account. I paid for return tickets from Vilnius to Fuerteventura for the dates 13–20 April. The payment was successfully taken from my bank account, but I did not receive any confirmation email or booking details from Kiwi.com. During the purchase process I was asked to confirm the booking on the Ryanair website within 30 minutes. When I clicked the link to open it, an error appeared and I could not proceed. After that, I did not receive any information about the booking, and I still do not know whether the Ryanair flights are confirmed or cancelled. I made the booking in the name of Laura J***, using the email address laur****@gmail.com. When I try to log in to Kiwi.com with this email, I see no trips and therefore I cannot access my booking or use customer support, even though the money has already been taken from my account. I request that you urgently locate my booking, send me the full confirmation and instructions, and clearly inform me whether the Ryanair flights for 13–20 April are confirmed or cancelled. If the flights have not been booked or have been cancelled, I ask for a full and immediate refund of the amount charged to my card.
