Kiwi.com Unresolved Booking – Partial Confirmation No Refund

I booked an Emirates flight from Hyderabad to Dubai, scheduled for 31 July, through Kiwi.com on 19 June, with booking number 804 249 138. I made this booking from the UAE. Despite the time that has passed, I have still not received a proper ticket confirmation. In my Kiwi.com account it shows as a “partial confirmation” situation, and because of this I am not allowed to cancel the tickets, as the system states that a refund cannot be processed due to partial confirmation. However, I do not see any clear partial ticket confirmation or usable ticket details, which makes this status very confusing and prevents me from managing my booking. I have contacted Kiwi.com customer service, but they keep sending the same response that they will send the ticket once it is confirmed and that if I cannot wait, I may request a partial refund. Since there is no clear confirmation or guarantee that my ticket will be issued, I do not feel safe relying on this booking. In this situation, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for booking number 804 249 138, as Kiwi.com has not provided a proper ticket confirmation or a reliable guarantee that my flight ticket will be issued.
