On February 20, 2026, I made a flight reservation through Kiwi.com for an Emirates flight from Cambodia to Damascus scheduled for February 24, 2026. I paid a total of $942 for this booking, and Kiwi.com provided me with the number 743126637.

Despite paying the full amount, I have not received the booking reference or ticket number for my Emirates flight. As a result, I am unable to access my reservation or confirm my travel details. I have attempted to contact Kiwi.com customer service, but I have not been able to reach anyone or receive any assistance.

I kindly request that my flight ticket be issued immediately and that the valid Emirates booking reference for my February 24, 2026 flight be sent to me without further delay so I can proceed with my travel plans. If the ticket cannot be issued, I request a clear explanation and a full resolution of this matter.
