Kiwi.com Customer Support Failed to Solve My Flight PNR Problem

Through Kiwi.com, I purchased round-trip airline tickets for three people between Izmir and Frankfurt, with departure on May 23 and return on May 30, for a total amount of approximately $1,001 paid by credit card. The PNR number for our return tickets appears valid, and I was able to complete the check-in process successfully. However, I am experiencing a serious issue with the departure tickets.

When I enter the PNR number provided for the departure flight into the Pegasus system, I receive an “invalid PNR number” warning. During my conversations with Pegasus customer service, I was also informed that this number is incorrect or invalid in their system. Kiwi.com, on the other hand, states that the ticket is a charter flight, and the exact same PNR number has been assigned to all three passengers. This situation makes it appear that there is no reliable or properly confirmed record for our departure flight.

Throughout this process, I contacted Kiwi.com approximately 10 times and Pegasus customer service 4 times, yet the issue still has not been resolved and our departure flight remains uncertain. I am experiencing both financial loss and wasted time, and my entire travel plan has been placed at serious risk.

I urgently request that a valid and fully recognized PNR number for my departure ticket be created and properly registered in the Pegasus system, and that this updated booking information be sent to me immediately so my flight can be secured without further uncertainty.
