Kiwi.com Email Confirmation Required
I made a flight booking on Kiwi.com on March 14, 2026, for a trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok, and my credit card was charged for this purchase. However, I have not received any email confirmation for my booking, so I currently do not have any booking reference or proof of reservation from Kiwi.com. I have already checked my email folders and contacted Kiwi.com support about the missing confirmation, but I still have not received the booking details. This situation is causing uncertainty because I do not know whether my flight is actually confirmed despite the payment being taken from my card. I kindly request that my booking be located based on my payment details and that the full flight confirmation, including booking reference and ticket information, be sent to my email address as soon as possible.
