Kiwi.com Failed to Provide PNR or Reservation Number After Payment

I purchased a flight ticket through Kiwi.com for a February 15 (Sunday) flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) under the name Mustafa D******. I made the payment on January 21 in the amount of approximately $3,034 USD. During the purchase, I entered my email address (d***********@hotmail.com) and my phone number for contact purposes.
However, despite the time that has passed since the payment, I have not received any ticket details, reservation number, PNR code, or confirmation email. I have not received any documentation or notification by email or SMS.
I request that the ticket I paid for be sent to me immediately, that my full flight details be clearly provided, and that my ticket be sent via SMS if necessary. Otherwise, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid.
