I purchased a flight ticket through Kiwi on 02/03/2026 for a flight scheduled on 19/02/2026. Despite completing the payment process and being charged 6,900 Turkish lira by card, I have still not received any flight ticket confirmation from Kiwi. My booking number is 748493504, and I used the email address yareny****@outlook.com for this purchase. Since the confirmation has not arrived, I am unable to view my ticket details or be sure that my reservation actually exists, which is causing serious concern given the approaching travel date. I have tried to reach Kiwi customer service but have not been able to contact anyone or get any support. I request that my reservation be immediately checked, my flight ticket be properly issued, and the confirmation with all flight details be sent to my email address without any further delay. If my booking cannot be confirmed, I expect a full refund of the 6,900 Turkish lira charged to my card as soon as possible.
