Kiwi.com Flight Booking Missing After Payment

I made a flight booking via Kiwi.com on 16/09/2026 from Salzburg (SZG), Austria to Marrakech (RAK) and paid 11,380 TL, approximately 200 euros. Despite the payment being successfully charged to my account, I did not receive any reservation confirmation email or booking number. After realizing that no confirmation had arrived, I tried to reach Kiwi.com through various help and support links on their platform. However, I could not reach a human representative and the system only kept asking me to enter a booking number, which I never received. Because of this, I am stuck in a loop where I have paid for a service but cannot access my booking or get proper support. I request that my payment and booking be located based on my payment details and email address, that my reservation confirmation and booking number be sent to me as soon as possible, or, if the booking was never created, that my full payment of 11,380 TL (about 200 euros) be immediately refunded.
