Kiwi.com Has Not Sent My PNR for an İzmir to Frankfurt Flight After Four Days
I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com for a Pegasus flight from İzmir to Frankfurt scheduled for June 13, 2026, and paid approximately $327 with my credit card. However, even though there are only two days left before my flight, my ticket has not been issued for four days, and I have not received any ticket or PNR information.
During this period, I tried multiple times to get support, but I was never connected to a live representative. I was only redirected to an AI chatbot and still cannot reach an actual authorized person. Since my payment was taken but my ticket has not been issued, I am now in a very difficult situation. My flight date is extremely close, and the lack of clear information is causing serious uncertainty and stress.
I urgently request that Kiwi.com issue my Pegasus İzmir–Frankfurt flight ticket today and clearly provide me with all ticket and PNR details. If the ticket cannot be issued, Kiwi.com must take immediate action so that my situation does not become worse.
I also contacted Pegasus directly, and they could not find any booking or flight information under my name. This shows that Kiwi.com took my payment but apparently did not forward the reservation to Pegasus. Ticketing should have been completed on the same day, yet I have been waiting for four days without any resolution.
