Kiwi.com Charged Me for a Ryanair Flight but Never Issued My Ticket
On May 30, 2026, I purchased a Ryanair ticket through Kiwi.com for a flight from Catania to Sofia scheduled for May 31, 2026, at 7:45 AM. I paid a total of approximately $145 for the booking. However, despite the successful payment, I never received a ticket, reservation confirmation, booking reference, PNR number, email, or SMS related to the flight.
The payment was processed successfully and is clearly visible both on my digital payment receipt and on my bank credit card statement. Even though Kiwi.com collected the payment, no reservation appears to have been created in my name. As a result, neither Ryanair nor Kiwi.com can locate any booking associated with my purchase.
After discovering the issue, I repeatedly attempted to contact Kiwi.com through their phone channels, live support options, and the email address c****@support.kiwi.com**. Unfortunately, every support channel required a Booking ID or reservation number before assistance could be provided. Since Kiwi.com never issued any booking information to me, I was unable to proceed with support requests or reach a human representative.
Because I never received the ticket or reservation details, I was unable to use the service I paid for and ultimately missed my flight. This situation caused both financial loss and significant inconvenience.
Since the payment is clearly documented in my bank records and digital receipt, yet no ticket or reservation was ever created, I request the immediate and full refund of approximately $145. I also request a detailed explanation regarding how payment was successfully collected while no booking confirmation, reservation record, or customer support resolution was provided.
