Kiwi.com Customer Support Is Impossible to Reach After Payment Issue
Through Kiwi.com, I purchased Pegasus Airlines tickets for the Istanbul–Trabzon route, with departure on May 16 and return on May 23, for a total amount of approximately $371. Although the payment was successfully charged to my credit card, I never received any reservation number, ticket information, or confirmation email related to this transaction.
There is also no record of this purchase visible in my Kiwi.com account. I checked my email inbox and spam folder multiple times but could not find any documents or confirmation messages. In addition, because I cannot reach a direct customer representative from Kiwi.com, I have been unable to properly report the issue or receive any solution.
In exchange for the payment I made, I request either that my flight tickets be immediately created and all reservation details be sent to me, or that the full amount of approximately $371 be refunded to my credit card since no ticket, document, or service has been provided to me.
