Kiwi.com Ticket Confirmation Missing After Wrong Email Entry
I purchased a flight ticket via Kiwi.com in the name of Fathimath Sumayya K*** for the route Mangalore–Dubai, with departure on 15 May and return on 25 May. The payment was successfully made by card and the amount has been debited from my account, but I have not received any confirmation email or SMS because, by mistake, I entered the wrong email address during the booking. Although I do not have the confirmation because of the incorrect email, I have card transaction records and screenshots as proof of payment showing the Kiwi.com charge and booking details. Despite the payment being completed, I still do not have access to my ticket information. I request that my booking be located using my name and payment details and that the flight ticket and full booking confirmation be sent to my correct contact details. I also kindly request that my ticket and confirmation be sent to me by email and/or SMS within 1 hour, as my travel dates are approaching and this situation is causing serious concern.
I need my flight ticket or refund.
