Karaca Vacuum Not Picking Up Hair And Lint On Carpets

I bought a Karaca vacuum cleaner about three weeks ago, and while it works fine on hardwood floors and upholstery, it simply won’t clean carpets. It drags hair and lint back and forth without picking them up, making it impossible to use as intended. I was out of town the first week, so I only started using it two weeks ago, and now the return period has already passed. I feel stuck with a product that doesn’t do its basic job and need a proper solution.
