I purchased an Electrolux EP71AB14UG vertical vacuum cleaner and from the very first day we used it, there has been a problem with the front brush roller. While vacuuming carpets, the brush stops working and the device cannot clean properly. This problem occurs specifically on carpets and makes it impossible to use the product as intended in our home. Because of this issue, the device has been sent to service three times with the same complaint. However, in the tests carried out at the service, the product was only tried on flat surfaces without carpets, so the problem we experience on carpets has not been properly tested or resolved. Each time the vacuum cleaner was returned to us with the same problem persisting. I request that this issue be finally and properly resolved and that either the device itself or at least the brush head be replaced with a properly functioning one. I expect Electrolux to take into account that this defect has been present since the first day and to provide a clear and permanent solution.
