Dyson V5 Lost Suction After a Year and Can’t Even Pick Up Pet Hair

My Dyson V5 vacuum cleaner isn't picking up anything anymore. When I first got it, it was super strong and could even lift the carpet, but now, just a year later, it hardly picks up any cat hair. I brought it to the service centre, and they said they cleaned it and everything was okay, but the problem is still there. They said it could be about the settings, but I looked into it, and everything seems fine on that end too. Vacuuming has become a pain, and I’m really disappointed with how fast it’s lost effectiveness. I'd like a more detailed solution or some help from Dyson to sort this issue out.
