Trendyol Refused to Take Back My Faulty Karaca Vantuz Vacuum After Testing

I purchased a Karaca Vantuz vacuum cleaner from Trendyol, but the product fell short of even the most basic expectations. The suction power was disappointing — even on the highest setting, it struggled to pick up dust from a carpet. I asked for a return, but Trendyol denied it, stating that they don’t accept used items. How can we truly know if a vacuum cleaner functions well without giving it a test run? I am disappointed with both the product and the service. Rather than assisting in resolving the problem, Trendyol shifted the burden onto the customer. I was surprised by the inflexible and unaccommodating approach from such a prominent platform. I’ve made the choice to remove my Trendyol account and will not be shopping with them anymore following this experience.
