In February 2026, I purchased a Karaca Hatır Su Hazneli Otomatik Türk Kahve Makinesi Cool Gray model for my summer house with the order number 94651842 and invoice number kf02026000365107. I had the opportunity to use the product for the first time about a week ago during the Eid al-Adha holiday in my house in Alanya. Although I add the coffee into the pot and the water into the water tank as instructed, and the device indicates that it can make up to 5 cups, the coffee is not brewed properly. In my 3 and 4 cup trials, the machine takes in the water, gives the coffee ready signal after a while, but the pot remains completely filled with water. The coffee floats in the water and almost sinks to the bottom like mud, so the coffee is not brewed correctly. I have tried this many times and during this process half a kilo of my coffee has been wasted. When I called Karaca customer service, I was directly directed to the service and was told that I had to take the product to the service center by my own means. However, the service point is quite far from where I am, and I do not think that this product will be properly fixed by repair. I have been using the Hatır model without a water tank for years without any problems, and for this reason I think there is a design or production problem specifically in this model with its own water tank, and I no longer want to use this product. For this product belonging to order number 2754781087504 and invoice number kf02026000365107, I request that my grievance be remedied and that the product be taken back for a refund or exchanged with a different model that works smoothly.
