I Need Uption to Reactivate My Account After an Unfair Suspension

My Uption account has been closed by the system for approximately one month, and I have been unable to log in or perform any transactions during this time.

When I contacted customer service regarding the issue, I was only told that my transactions were considered “illegal.” However, no detailed explanation, evidence, or specific reason was provided to support this claim. I find this extremely concerning because I have only used the account for personal and legitimate purposes.

The primary reason I used the application was to top up my Turkcell mobile line and pay my home internet bills. All transactions conducted through my account were related to my own personal needs. I have never carried out suspicious, fraudulent, or unusually large transactions. In fact, my transactions generally did not exceed approximately $20 per transaction.

After investigating the issue myself, I realized that the problem may have been related to the fact that I previously used the application on a device with root access enabled. Approximately two weeks ago, I migrated the application to a completely new, secure device that does not have root access or any modifications of that kind. The device I currently use is fully compliant with standard security requirements.

For this reason, I respectfully request that Uption’s Head Office and the relevant technical, compliance, and security departments conduct a thorough review of my account. I ask that my account be reactivated so that I can continue using the application for its intended purposes, including bill payments and mobile balance top-ups.

I also request that my case be evaluated fairly and that I not be treated as though I engaged in illegal activity due to what may have been an automated security detection related to a rooted device. I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the reason for the restriction and a prompt resolution to restore access to my account.
