Karaca Hatır Hüp Machine Stopped Working After a Few Months and Started Leaking

I bought the Karaca Hatır Hüp machine a few months back, and it’s already not working anymore. I went through the user manual step by step to reset it, but the red light is still on. The silicone part has gotten misshapen and is leaking liquid, which means the machine can't be used anymore. I was really surprised by the low quality from a brand like Karaca, especially for something that's supposed to be durable. It’s really annoying to think I spent my money on something that barely lasted a few months. I used to trust the brand, but this experience has really made me doubt their products. I really hope they step up and come up with a good solution.
