On July 13, 2021, I purchased the Karaca Hatır Plus 5 in 1 coffee and tea maker model from Karaca's official website. Trusting in the quality and brand name of Karaca, we didn't hesitate to make the purchase. However, after one year of use, the lid of the filter coffee and tea brewing section started malfunctioning, failing to close properly after several uses. Initially, we overlooked this issue and continued using the product. However, a month ago, when we attempted to make Turkish coffee using the pot, it malfunctioned and failed to brew the coffee. Despite waiting for it to rectify itself, the product remains unusable. We've been using this product for 2.5 years to make Turkish coffee once a day. While the user manual and warranty document states a lifespan of 7 years, we demand a resolution to the issues we're facing with this product.
