Karaca Sold Me a Faulty Multichef Ultra 2000W and Refused to Fix or Refund It
Hello, on January 21, 2025, I purchased the Karaca Multichef Ultra 2000W in anthracite from N11. The product arrived, but it malfunctioned on the very first use. I sent it to the authorized service center, but they said there were no spare parts and forwarded it to the factory. The factory sent it back saying the issue was fixed, but nothing had been done. I sent it again—same result. This happened three times. Eventually, they said they would issue a refund, but instead, they returned the product to me in the same faulty condition. It’s been three months, and I still haven’t been able to use the product I paid for. On top of that, the experience with Karaca's service has been a total disaster. I had previously submitted a complaint on Xolvie, and Karaca called me asking to remove it, promising to repair the product. I removed the complaint in good faith, but the outcome didn’t change. No one should buy this product—there are no spare parts, no proper repairs, and your money goes to waste. I now plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and if necessary, take the matter to court. How can this be acceptable?
